Luvio - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luvio mobile application, website and related services (the "Service").

use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial purposes;
comply with all applicable laws.

You must not use the Service if you have been permanently banned by Luvio.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.

5. Purpose of the Service

Luvio is an online social and dating platform designed to allow users to connect and communicate with each other.

We do not guarantee matches, interactions or outcomes.

6. User conduct

You must not:

impersonate any person;
provide false or misleading information;
harass, abuse, threaten or harm others;
share illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or exploitative content;
promote commercial services, escorting or payment-for-contact arrangements;
solicit money, investments or gifts;
use bots, scraping tools or automated systems;
attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.

7. Prohibited content

You must not upload or share content that:

is unlawful or infringes third-party rights;
contains nudity intended for sexual exploitation, or depicts minors in any manner;
promotes self-harm, violence or extremism;
is misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.

We may remove any content at any time without prior notice.

8. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you upload.

By posting content, you grant Luvio a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, display, adapt and distribute that content solely for operating, promoting and improving the Service.

You confirm that you have all rights necessary to upload your content.

9. Other users' content

We do not control or endorse user content.

You use other users' content at your own risk.

10. Safety and user behaviour

Luvio does not conduct criminal background checks on users.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Always exercise caution when communicating or meeting others.

11. Moderation and reporting

You may report inappropriate content or behaviour through the Service.

We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination.

12. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Service (excluding user content) belongs to Luvio or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

13. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis.

All prices for UK users include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or through the relevant app store.

14. Right to cancel (UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the day your subscription starts.

If you request immediate access to digital services, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be lost once the service is fully performed.

15. Virtual items

Virtual items are licensed digital features and have no real-world monetary value.

They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

16. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

17. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

We are responsible only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

You agree to indemnify Luvio against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may seek assistance from an appropriate alternative dispute resolution provider.

We are not obliged to participate in ADR.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you through the Service.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Luvio regarding the Service.
